As AI reshapes education, we are preparing students for the future by ensuring our digital assessments remain secure, meaningful, and reflective of the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in an AI-enabled world. At the heart of this strategic work, we are a collaborative group of product leaders, strategists, and innovators reimagining how digital assessments are delivered and experienced. Our work spans the full product lifecycle, from discovery and design to delivery and continuous improvement. We partner across the organization to ensure every solution we build improves outcomes for students, educators, and institutions. Every year, our platform delivers assessments to millions of students worldwide, providing opportunities that shape futures and open doors. Together, we are transforming College Board’s trusted assessment platform into a next-generation digital assessment experience that is secure, user-centered, and built to evolve with the future of learning and assessment. About the Opportunity As a Senior Product Manager, Digital Assessment Partner Integration, you are a strategic, outcome-driven product leader who thrives in complexity, embraces iteration, and grounds decisions in evidence. You’re energized by building new products and experiences from the ground up and reimagining how digital assessments evolve to meet emerging educational needs in an AI-enabled world. In this role, you will define and drive the strategy and roadmap for how partner institutions integrate their local technology ecosystems, including SSO, SIS, and LMS platforms, with College Board’s digital assessment platform. You will guide iterative development across multiple product and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable identity interoperability and reliable data synchronization that enable seamless onboarding and long-term partner success. You will lead an initial integration pilot from concept through launch, using insights from early adopters to refine the product and scale it for broad production use. Your focus will extend beyond the front-end onboarding experience to the infrastructure, data architecture, identity data quality, and service reliability that power it. This role requires strong technical fluency and product judgment, ideally grounded in experience building and operating SaaS platforms or working within EdTech environments that integrate with SIS and related enterprise systems. You will collaborate closely with engineering, security, and partner-facing teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions that strengthen College Board’s digital assessment ecosystem and improve outcomes for students, educators, and institutions. In this role, you will: Define and Drive Product Strategy and Vision (50%) Establish a clear strategy for your part of the digital assessment platform that delivers measurable improvements for students and educators while aligning with College Board’s strategy. Look for opportunities to leverage AI in our product designs to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the user experience so that interactions with the platform are more intuitive and seamless. Align cross-functional teams and stakeholders around the roadmap so that priorities are executed cohesively and with maximum impact. Lead Iterative Product Development (30%) Collaborate with designers and product managers to develop early prototypes and user flows so that solutions can be tested and refined before significant investment. Lead discovery experiments and rapid learning cycles with end users so that insights from early prototypes and pilots are validated with users before scaling ensuring that every product decision is grounded in evidence. Translate validated insights into clear hypotheses and iterative experiments so that product teams consistently build capabilities that address the highest priority user and market needs. Drive roadmap execution through continuous learning, prioritization by impact, and cross-team alignment to ensure timely delivery of the highest-impact features and outcomes. Ensure each release advances usability, scalability, and security with measurable gains in performance and satisfaction through data-driven iteration. Maintain a continuous improvement cycle using analytics and feedback so that roadmap updates are evidence-based, not assumption-driven. Communicate Value and Progress to Leadership (20%) Provide clear, outcome-focused updates to internal and external audiences that communicate measurable impact, share insights, and demonstrate how roadmap delivery advances College Board’s strategic goals. Engage directly with external users, partners, and institutions to communicate product vision, gather feedback, and build alignment on future priorities. Leadership views you as a trusted thought partner who influences both product direction and organizational strategy.
