Job Summary We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Director to lead all human resources functions for landscape company. This role is responsible for recruiting, employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can support both field and office employees while helping the company scale and maintain a strong team-oriented culture. Key Responsibilities: • Lead employee onboarding and offboarding processes. • Oversee payroll administration and coordinate with payroll providers. • Maintain employee records and HR documentation. • Manage recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and workforce planning efforts. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. • Support employee relations, conflict resolution, coaching, and performance management. • Coordinate employee performance reviews and development programs. • Partner with leadership on organizational growth, succession planning, and talent development. • Manage H-2B workforce programs and related processes. • Lead and support company safety communication initiatives. • Oversee employee uniforms, company apparel, and recognition programs.
