Full Description

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition efforts within the Operations and Scientific domain. This role will focus on attracting and engaging top talent, particularly in scientific and research positions, to build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs. Key Responsibilities: • Recruit for positions within Operations and scientific functions, including lab and research roles. • Source, pre-screen, and manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle. • Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and provide talent recommendations. • Manage requisitions, maintain ATS data, and report on recruitment metrics. • Prepare and coordinate offer packages with market competitiveness research. • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies. • Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and trend analysis to support strategic hiring decisions. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree. • 3–5+ years of experience in recruitment in a fast-paced, competitive environment. • Strong proactive communication skills with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners. • Attention to detail in managing multiple candidates, job descriptions, and compliance requirements. • Ability to act as a strategic talent advisor, anticipating business needs. • Experience with proactive sourcing and recruiting; healthcare or scientific recruitment experience preferred. • Familiarity with ATS systems (SmartRecruiters, Workday, or similar) preferred.
