Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Collabera is hiring for a CIAM Project Manager for a 100% remote position. The role involves developing and managing comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. Responsibilities • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations • Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure timely delivery of high quality outcomes • Act as the primary point of contact for project sponsors, business leaders, and technical teams • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholder • Provide clear and consistent project updates, including executive-level reporting • Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks and issues that may impact project success • Develop contingency plans and escalate critical blockers as needed • Champion project management best practices, tools, and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches) • Ensure projects adhere to compliance, security, and quality standards Skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience) • 7+ years of experience in project management with at least 4 years managing technical cybersecurity or IT-related projects • Background in IAM/CIAM/ Application Deployment • Experience and comfortable acting as scrum master • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Strong understanding of Agile Methodologies • High proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Align, MS Project) • Familiar with AI principles and AI Enterprise tools • PMP Certified Benefits • Medical insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • 401(k) retirement plan • Life insurance • Long-term disability insurance • Short-term disability insurance • Paid parking/public transportation • Paid time off • Paid sick and safe time • Hours of paid vacation time • Weeks of paid parental leave • Paid holidays annually - as applicable.
