Job Summary: The Contract Coordinator supports the full lifecycle of company agreements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. This role works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to manage contract reviews, negotiations, and documentation. The position requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-performing team environment. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the full contract lifecycle within a contract management system • Review, draft, negotiate, and execute contracts independently and in collaboration with business and legal teams • Ensure all agreements meet compliance, due diligence, and regulatory requirements • Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and overall efficiency • Maintain organized contract records and support internal stakeholders with contract-related inquiries Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or two years of undergraduate education preferred • Minimum of three years of experience in contract management, procurement, purchasing, finance, or related business functions • Experience using contract management or vendor management systems required • Experience with SAP is a plus • Strong analytical mindset with proven good judgment • Excellent communication, organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a high-performance environment Preferred Qualifications: • Experience supporting contract processes in a complex or highly regulated environment • Familiarity with process optimization or workflow improvement initiatives Benefits: The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, and paid holidays annually – as applicable.
