Role Overview: As a PAM Onboarding Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth integration and adoption of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions for our clients. You will work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to facilitate onboarding processes, troubleshoot issues, and provide expert guidance. What You'll Do: - You will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for PAM solutions, ensuring timely and successful deployments. - You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and tailor onboarding strategies. - You will provide technical support and troubleshooting during the onboarding phase. - You will document onboarding procedures and create user guides to enhance client understanding. - You will conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams on PAM functionalities. - You will monitor onboarding progress and report status updates to project managers. - You will identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure smooth onboarding. - You will stay updated with the latest PAM technologies and best practices to provide informed recommendations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT security or PAM-related roles. - Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management tools and technologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. - Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously. - Experience with technical documentation and training delivery. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certifications related to PAM or cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM). - Experience with specific PAM platforms such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Thycotic. - Familiarity with scripting or automation tools to streamline onboarding processes. - Previous experience working in a consulting or client-facing role.
