Full Description

Job Summary Under general supervision, this role is responsible for assembling and testing high-quality medical device instruments in a controlled manufacturing environment. You’ll work hands-on with electronic components and finished devices, playing a critical role in ensuring products meet our quality and regulatory standards. What You’ll Do • Test electronic components and assemblies using automated test equipment • Perform mechanical assembly of electromechanical subassemblies and devices • Read, understand, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions • Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and complex test procedures • Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives to enhance production processes • Maintain accurate documentation, including Device History Records and quality records • Prioritize tasks based on job sequence, urgency, and production needs • Represent the company positively during tours by demonstrating techniques and sharing appropriate information • Support Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and regulatory requirements • Follow FDA, ISO, and company policies, procedures, and safety standards • Maintain cooperative communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization Minimum Qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent required (AAS preferred) • 2+ years of experience with electromechanical assemblies or electronic manufacturing preferred • Medical device assembly and test experience strongly preferred Preferred Qualifications • Experience troubleshooting equipment and testing electronic assemblies • Working knowledge of IPC standards and complex tools • Experience in GMP, ISO, and FDA-regulated environments • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Reliable attendance and flexibility for scheduled overtime as needed Pay Range: $18/hr to $20/hr
