Role Overview: As an Exchange Engineer at Collabera, you will play a critical role in managing and supporting global messaging infrastructure for a major banking client. This position requires a skilled professional to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of Microsoft Exchange environments, contributing to seamless communication across the organization. What You'll Do: - You will manage and maintain Microsoft Exchange Server environments, ensuring high availability and optimal performance. - You will troubleshoot and resolve complex Exchange-related issues to minimize downtime. - You will collaborate with global IT teams to implement upgrades, patches, and migrations. - You will monitor system health and security, proactively addressing potential vulnerabilities. - You will document processes, configurations, and incident resolutions for knowledge sharing. - You will support disaster recovery planning and execution for Exchange systems. - You will provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. - You will participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support as needed. What You Bring: - You bring 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft Exchange Server environments. - You have strong knowledge of Exchange 2013, 2016, and Office 365 hybrid deployments. - You possess expertise in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration. - You have experience with Active Directory, DNS, and network protocols related to Exchange. - You demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. - You have strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the banking or financial services industry. - Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Exchange Server or Microsoft 365 Certified. - Familiarity with security compliance standards like GDPR or SOX. - Knowledge of other messaging platforms or cloud services.
