Full Description

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Support Specialist to manage installations, upgrades, and configurations for the Data Innovations Instrument Manager application. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with LIS vendors, interface protocols, and clinical lab systems. Key Responsibilities: • Implement and support Data Innovations Instrument Manager applications. • Perform installs, upgrades, connection additions, and license updates. • Collaborate with LIS vendors on interfaces using HL7 and ASTM protocols. • Support Point of Care Testing and lab informatics as needed. • Provide strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional coordination. Required Experience & Skills: • 3–5 years’ experience with Data Innovations Instrument Manager applications. • Strong knowledge of LIS vendor interfaces and clinical lab informatics. • Familiarity with HL7 and ASTM interface protocols. • Applications specialist experience; Point of Care Testing knowledge is a plus. Preferred Experience: • Clinical laboratory experience. • Epic certification and direct LIS build experience. Education: • Bachelor’s degree required (Associate degree not applicable).
