We are looking for a detail-oriented self-starter for the position who has a passion for politics. Print/project production serves as a liaison among client services, creative, art, copy, digital, production, and clients. You play a central role in the business, assuring smooth work flow by producing schedules, establishing priorities, and following up with each team member through all phases of a project. Most importantly, you ensure each project is completed on time and within budget. Support the Political Strategy Department in the planning and scheduling of all copy, design, and production work. Manage assigned projects from briefing through to final delivery, ensuring each meets strategic objectives, timelines, and quality standards. Oversee workflow across all internal departments — including strategy, creative, and production — ensuring projects move efficiently through each stage of the lifecycle. Maintain multiple project schedules, track progress, and escalate any delays or resourcing issues. Obtain and manage external production quotes, monitor costs, and proactively flag budget variances or scope changes. Escalate potential overages or “scope creep” promptly to senior staff for resolution. Assist in defining project objectives and priorities in coordination with the Political Strategy Department. Organize and manage work schedules that align with campaign goals and media timelines. Continuously review internal processes and workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency across all outputs. Ensure deliverables meet the agency’s standards of excellence. Clearly communicate project updates, risks, and next steps to both internal stakeholders and external clients. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure clients receive the highest level of service and professionalism. Identify potential issues early, communicate risks, and escalate problems to appropriate senior staff to ensure timely solutions. 4+ years of experience in advertising or campaign production management with a deep familiarity with print projects. Working knowledge of FEC compliance and ad disclaimer standards. Strong project management and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with astute organizational skills in high-pressure environments. PREFERRED Previous experience in political, advocacy, or issue-based campaigns. Familiarity with election cycles and political messaging constraints. Experience working with mail delivery informed mail delivery systems. Health, vision and dental insurance. 401K with employer match. Paid time off.
