Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for the Vice President, Product Innovation at Coinhako. The Vice President, Product Innovation will lead the product development team, oversee the creation and implementation of innovative products, and align product strategy with business goals. They will be responsible for driving product vision, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Additionally, the role includes mentoring and developing team members, managing resource allocation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring products to market effectively. Qualifications • Leadership skills, including experience in leading product development teams • Innovation and strategic thinking abilities, with a track record of successful product launches • Experience in product management, including gathering and prioritizing customer requirements • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Proficiency in financial analysis and resource management • Knowledge of the tech or financial industries is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is preferred
