Coin Meter is seeking a hybrid/weekend Dispatcher Customer Service Representative for a who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment. We’re a locally owned commercial laundry equipment distributor. The Dispatcher Customer Service Representative is responsible for being the first point of contact for Coin Meter customers and maintain a positive and professional atmosphere. Essential Duties: • Provides customer service in person and over the phone to Coin Meter clients, apartment residents, managers and owners. • Dispatches field personal to various job sites. • Assists with administrative tasks as needed. • Answers incoming phone calls and directs them to the appropriate departments or individuals. • Provides accurate and helpful information to clients, vendors, and other callers. • Receives service requests and work orders from clients via phone, email, or internal systems. • Monitors field personnel's status and provides updates to clients as needed. • Coordinates with the operations team to schedule appointments and service calls. • Addresses client inquiries and resolves complaints in a courteous and timely manner. • Assists clients with managing their service requests. • Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and service activities. • Assists with data entry and record-keeping tasks as required. • Supports other administrative functions, such as filing, organizing documents, and preparing reports. • Answers and troubleshoots basic customer service requests relating to laundry payment systems. • Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance. • Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation. • Respectfully takes direction from Manager.
