Strategic leader driving Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered innovation and go-to-market success across Workday’s workforce platforms and Cognizant’s enterprise services. Expert at transforming emerging AI capabilities into market-ready offerings that enhance HR, finance, and operations through intelligent automation and contextual decision-making. Adept at shaping go-to-marketing (GTM) strategies, enabling cross-functional teams, and partnering with sales, product, and alliances to accelerate Workday AI adoption. Recognized as a thought leader in generative and agentic AI, passionate about translating complex technologies into business value and delivering scalable, differentiated solutions for the modern enterprise. Responsibilities: Shape Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to position AI as a key differentiator within Workday’s workforce solutions and Cognizant’s enterprise services. This includes creating offerings on Workday AI Solutions such as Illuminate and Workday Agent systems, and taking them to market and clients. Solution Enablement: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and consulting teams to package AI capabilities into compelling, scalable solutions tailored to client and industry needs. Develop an AI offering strategy and roadmap for transforming employee experience and modernizing finance with AI solutions aligned with client needs in growth segments of the market. Market Alignment: Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases for generative and agentic AI in HR, finance, and operations, aligning with evolving market demands and customer pain points. Thought Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert on AI, contributing to client-facing materials, executive briefings, and industry events to drive awareness and adoption. Evangelize AI offerings internally to sales and client partners, as well as externally. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, delivery, and alliance teams to ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities into client engagements and service offerings. Partner with broader Cognizant solutions to develop AI-powered solutions for the modern enterprise and blend Workday AI offerings with Cognizant's strategies and solutions. Responsible AI Advocacy: Promote ethical AI practices, governance frameworks, and compliance standards in all GTM initiatives. Skills & Requirements: Proven experience in AI go-to-market strategy, solution packaging, or strategic alliances, ideally within enterprise platforms like Workday. Strong understanding of autonomous AI applications in HR, finance, and business operations. Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into business value propositions for enterprise clients. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and driving adoption of innovative technologies. Experience in solution marketing, sales enablement, or strategic partnerships involving innovation. 12 years relevant work experience Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience Flexible to travel up to 20% Salary and Other Compensation Applications will be accepted until 05/7/2026 The annual salary for this position is between $160,505 - $202,992 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program , based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
