Full Description

Role Overview: We are proactively building a pipeline for DevOps Engineers with expertise in Ignition and HighByte Intelligence Hub. This role focuses on establishing and maintaining DevOps practices to support scalable, secure, and automated deployments across OT and IT environments. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions to support Ignition and HighByte environments. Automate deployment processes and manage configuration for Ignition SCADA and HighByte Intelligence Hub. Set up and maintain infrastructure including virtual machines, networking, and security hardening. Enable secure and reliable IT/OT integration pipelines, ensuring compliance with industrial system standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous delivery and infrastructure as code (IaC) practices. Candidate Profile: Proven experience with Ignition (Inductive Automation) and HighByte Intelligence Hub in industrial environments. Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and practices, including Jenkins, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, YAML, Docker, Kubernetes). Solid understanding of OT/IT integration, industrial protocols, and system validation in regulated environments. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-disciplinary team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, manufacturing). Familiarity with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible). Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in industrial environments. DevOps certifications (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer, CKA) are a plus. Compensation: - $90,000 to $130,000 +/- and this position are also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
