Channel Partner Sales Executive (remote) This remote position is open to any qualified candidate living in the United States. Summary: We are seeking a strategic industry-aware Channel Partner Representative for Healthcare RCM and Technology Solutions, to lead and grow our third-party integration partnerships across the healthcare revenue cycle and technology ecosystem. This role is pivotal in driving joint business success through solution alignment partner enablement and transformation planning. The ideal candidate will bring deep healthcare domain knowledge a consultative approach and a proven ability to manage complex partner relationships across EMR PM clearinghouse and AI enabled platforms. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end relationships with assigned channel partners including business planning contract negotiation and performance optimization. Drive partner specific growth strategies to increase revenue expand solution adoption and reduce attrition. Apply healthcare RCM and digital transformation expertise to align partner strategies with TPS goals Collaborate with Sales Product Delivery and Marketing to integrate partner offerings into go to market motions Deliver partner enablement programs to educate on TPS solutions and sales strategies Codevelop marketing campaigns webinars and events to promote joint offerings and generate pipeline Oversee contract lifecycle from negotiation through renewal ensuring alignment with business and compliance goals Support partner tiering models and incentive programs to drive engagement and performance Maintain dashboards and scorecards to report on partner performance profitability and strategic alignment Monitor market trends and solution gaps to recommend new partnerships or enhancements Ensure partner compliance with regulatory standards data privacy and internal governance policies Identify opportunities for co-innovation including joint solution development and pilot programs Act as a liaison for client escalations ensuring partner accountability and client satisfaction Assist in expanding the partner ecosystem by identifying and onboarding strategic new partners Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced HealthCare business certifications preferred 5-7 years of experience in channel sales strategic partnerships or healthcare technology sales Strong understanding of healthcare RCM EMRPM platforms payer provider dynamics and digital health trends Proven success in negotiating complex contracts and managing multistakeholder relationships Proficiency in CRM tools e.g. Salesforce partner portals and performance analytics platforms Excellent communication presentation and executive engagement skills Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events Preferred Experience: Experience with healthcare integration platforms clearinghouses or AI enabled RCM tools Familiarity with Cognizant TPS offerings or similar service lines Background in joint solution development or comarketing initiatives Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until January 13, 2026. The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - $109,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
