About the role  As a Technical Business Systems Analyst – Commercial Lending, you will make an impact by translating complex business requirements into actionable technical user stories that drive modernization efforts. You will be a valued member of the Banking & Financial Services Consulting team and work collaboratively with product owners, solution architects, developers, and client stakeholders.   In this role, you will:  • Author detailed technical user stories and backlog items aligned to commercial lending modernization goals. • Analyze and document business processes, API specifications, and data mapping between source and ACBS (target) systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity and completeness of business system analysis (BSA) requirements. • Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to ensure delivery alignment. • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure seamless integration across upstream and downstream applications. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.  What you must have to be considered  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis or technical product ownership within financial services. • Strong domain knowledge in Commercial Lending and loan servicing operations. • Hands-on experience with ACBS (Automated Commercial Banking System) and familiarity with AFS. • Proven ability to write technical user stories and manage agile backlogs. • Experience with API documentation, data mapping, and system integration. • Up to 25%25 travel may be required.   These will help you succeed  • Experience working with FIS or similar vendors in lending modernization programs. • Familiarity with ETL processes and data migration strategies. • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner or PMI-ACP). • Consulting experience with Fortune 500 clients or large banking institutions We're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
