Cofound.com is a venture platform. We work with technical founders before they have an idea. We fund and support founders to: • validate demand by getting 3 paying customers • incorporate a company via our software • build an MVP, talk to users, and iterate • scale into a real company, then either sell it or hold and acquire more companies We are building a long-term portfolio of high-quality software businesses designed for cashflow and durability, not hype. Role We’re hiring a Venture Partner. This is an operator role working directly with portfolio companies across Stage 1 (validation) and Stage 2 (build, scale, exit/hold). You will: • work hands-on with founders • pressure test ideas, positioning, and execution • help founders go from zero → first customers → real company • operate across multiple companies, not just one Requirements (one of the following is mandatory) • You have built and sold a company (bootstrapped or VC-backed) where you were the major shareholder / solo or lead founder • You worked at a top VC firm (e.g. a16z or similar) directly with large batches of founders If neither applies, this role is not for you. Compensation • Base salary • Performance bonus tied to portfolio cashflow Our companies are built for cashflow. After expenses and growth are covered, consulting fees are taken between our HoldCo and the portfolio company. You participate in this upside.
