Responsibilities: • Assist the Account and Production team with client communication and management on a number events and projects. • Lead in taking and sending detailed call/meeting notes, recap decks and case studies • Assist in all weekly external client status calls, as well as weekly internal project meetings. • Development the centralized project plan and manage deliverables and timelines associated with each project with the client. • Desire to provide an elevated client service experience. • Be proactive with ideas and creative solutions while maintaining realistic client expectations. • Work with internal production partners and at times, 3rd party vendors, guiding them to ensure timely delivery of program deliverables and cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers. • Desire to provide an elevated client service experience. • Assist with any venue & vendor research and outreach, as well as administrative support Qualifications: • Minimum of 1-2 years working with brands or agency setting. • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, multi faceted startup environment to oversee multiple projects and tight deadlines. • Eager to learn how to best communicate with internal and external team members given 100% remote working conditions. • Quick, creative thinker and idea contributor • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Fluent in Keynote, G-Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms) Recruitment Fraud Alert: Please be aware of fraudulent job offers and emails claiming to be from our team.
