They are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst / Python Developer to support innovative solutions in healthcare technology by leveraging data analytics and cloud-based tools. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain robust Python applications with an emphasis on OOP principles, unit testing, and libraries such as pandas • Analyze and interpret complex datasets to generate actionable insights • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address business challenges and optimize processes • Collaborate on projects involving large language models (LLMs), including prompt engineering and fine-tuning • Develop and maintain scalable solutions on AWS infrastructure • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data analysis and reporting • Build and support dashboards to visualize key business and operational metrics • Work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders Skills • Strong Python expertise – OOP, unit testing, pandas • Analytics skills – data wrangling, statistical methods, exploratory analysis • Critical thinking and problem-solving – ability to translate business needs into technical solutions • Experience with LLMs – prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or application integration • AWS experience – building, deploying, and maintaining cloud solutions • Strong SQL – writing, optimizing, and debugging queries • Dashboarding – Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools Benefits • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans • 401(k) retirement plan Company Overview • Since 1995, we have specialized in providing exceptional IT staffing, project delivery, and consulting services.
