Full Description

You connect relationship-driven partner marketing with grassroots developer engagement. Your work keeps programs moving, content shipping, and results measurable - so partners succeed and our community grows. You plan, launch, and report on co-marketing with partners. You support meetups, Discord, and the Coder Champions Program in close collaboration with Marketing, Partners, Product Marketing, and Revenue. You report to the Director of Marketing. What you’ll do here Run partner co-marketing, end-to-end. Coordinate partner campaigns, including webinar logistics, content fulfillment, and social/email distribution Keep plans tight, dates met. Maintain an organized partner campaign calendar and Asana board; ensure on-time delivery across events and digital content Enable the field. Maintain a library of partner-branded collateral for Sales; ensure easy access and version control Report with clarity. Prep QBR materials and track performance to pipeline contribution and influenced revenue Grow community programs. Support meetups (IRL and virtual) in San Francisco, Austin, NYC, and London - logistics, venue/vendors, swag fulfillment, RSVPs, post‑event reporting Engage daily on Discord. Partner with the Sr. Community Manager on prompts, QOTDs, AMAs, moderation, and issue routing Celebrate contributors. Coordinate swag and recognition for the Coder Champions (MVP) Program; help track contributions and outcomes Tell the story. Repurpose community and partner wins into blogs, newsletters, and social posts; amplify what’s working Measure what matters. Own KPI tracking across CommonRoom, Discord, HubSpot, and related systems; surface insights and next steps What we’re looking for 3-5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in developer-focused or SaaS environments Proven partner co‑marketing execution: webinars, collateral development, field events, sales enablement Community program experience: planning and executing developer meetups, user groups, or grassroots initiatives Systems fluency in community tools (e.g., Discord, CommonRoom) and CRM/marketing systems (e.g., HubSpot, Asana) Cross‑functional communicator comfortable collaborating with Sales, Product Marketing, and external partners Exceptionally organized with strong project management and attention to detail Logistics pro: coordinate swag, venue sourcing, content delivery, and campaign execution without losing pace Clear reporter: track KPIs and communicate results, learnings, and recommendations. Content instincts: turn tutorials, stories, and highlights into reusable assets Hands-on, collaborative, and proactive; able to work independently while staying aligned to team goals; energized by fast-moving startup environments Bonus tacos if you have Experience with technology, cloud, or reseller partners Familiarity with developer tools or the platform engineering ecosystem Event experience in San Francisco, Austin, NYC, London, or similar metro tech hubs About Coder Coder is an AI software development company leading the future of autonomous coding.
