Experience in content marketing within enterprise DevOps, AI, or related agencies, strong collaboration and organizational skills, and ability to produce high-quality content regularly.
Description: • Plan and wrangle the content calendar: blog, social, call-for-speakers, and more • Draft, edit, and publish high-quality content at a regular clip (blog posts, social threads, call-for-speaker pitches, videos) • Collaborate across marketing to support campaigns, launches, and lifecycle moments • Repurpose larger assets like ebooks, press releases, customer stories, and webinars • Build repeatable, scalable workflows to keep content operations running smoothly • Shape how Coder shows up across web, social, email, and other channels • Move content from ideation to distribution and measure and improve asset performance • Keep feedback tight and ship content across formats Requirements: • Content marketing experience in enterprise DevOps, AI, or agencies serving the space • Genuine curiosity about AI and examples of experimenting with it in your workflows • A collaborative, organized, and systematic approach to execution • Flexibility to re-prioritize based on what’s most important right now • Ability to draft, edit, and publish high-quality content regularly • Experience planning and managing a content calendar across blog, social, and events • Experience repurposing larger assets like ebooks, press releases, customer stories, and webinars • Bonus: Experience with DatoCMS, PathFactory, HockeyStack, Buffer, Google Analytics, Figma • Bonus: SEO and GEO/AIEO/[whatever we’re calling it this week] experience • Resume required via application form • Must indicate whether visa sponsorship is required (application question) Benefits: • Offers Equity • Offers Bonus • Remote work (Workplace: Remote)
