We’re a small, senior team that builds high-impact digital products for clients ranging from SaaS startups to Fortune 500 companies. The Role We’re hiring Senior Full-Stack Engineers with deep experience in TypeScript, NestJS, NextJS, MikroORM, and PostgreSQL. We are open to both part-time contract (10+ hours/week) and full-time roles. Regardless of commitment level, this position requires more than technical fluency—you must be able to deliver production-ready work at pace, take ownership of features end-to-end, and maintain the standards our team and clients expect. You’ll lead workstreams, contribute to architecture, mentor others, and be a visible technical partner to our clients. Responsibilities • Own features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and database layers. • Deliver reliable, performant, and secure applications without extended ramp-up or micromanagement. • Maintain a high bar for velocity, code quality, and testing. • Participate in architectural decisions and design reviews. • Mentor teammates and model effective engineering practices. • Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders. Essential Skills & Experience • Fluency in TypeScript and modern full-stack engineering. • 5+ years of professional software development experience; at least 3 years in a senior or lead role. • Proven track record of shipping production code quickly in NestJS, NextJS, MikroORM, and PostgreSQL. • Strong software architecture and testing skills. • Experience working in the fast-paced, deadline-driven context of a digital agency. • Experience working on remote-first teams. • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. • Must be based in the U.S. and a U.S. citizen. Nice to Have • Google Cloud (Cloud Functions, GKE, Firebase, App Engine). • CI/CD with CircleCI. • Kubernetes and container orchestration. • ElasticSearch, GraphQL, or other large-scale data tools.
