We’re helping top engineering teams eliminate bugs, boost productivity, and ship secure code faster. Role This isn’t your typical BDR job. We’re looking for a cold-calling machine — someone who live for dialing, pitching, and closing demos Our current BDR booked 80 SQL demos in the first two months alone. The demand is real — now we need another beast to take it to the next level. What You'll Do Week 1 Learn the product, ICP, pricing, and how we do cold calls Book your first demo Month 1 Book 20+ qualified demos through cold calls + emails Track results, run experiments, and iterate fast Month 1+ Scale to 30+ demos/month Build strong prospect relationships Help us define a repeatable, scalable outbound engine Core Responsibilities 80% Cold Calling + Prospecting: List building, prospecting, calling, and hustling across channels 20% Sales Ops: Keep CRM sharp, refine processes, and create content that speaks to devs Who You Are Cold Calling Legend - You live for dialing, pitching, and closing demos Growth Obsessed - You love to earn more for yourself Scrappy & Creative - You find hidden leads, write your own scripts, and test wild ideas What We Offer Best in-class pay Best culture And a chance to be on our $100 Million ARR journey ⚠️ Important This role is not for everyone.
