Our client, a portfolio advisory company backed by a leading PE firm, is looking to add a marketing associate to assist their Chief Growth Officer and Head of Marketing. The firm is based in Midtown, NY but is open to a fully remote candidate for this position. Project & Campaign Support • Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing initiatives across digital, email, print, and event channels. • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions to ensure initiatives stay on track. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support creative production and campaign delivery. • Maintain brand consistency and compliance with corporate standards across all materials and communications. Administrative & Operational Support • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track key action items for the marketing team. • Maintain marketing calendars, databases, and project tracking tools. • Help monitor budgets, process invoices, and organize documentation for ongoing marketing activities. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Serve as a liaison between marketing, business development, and other internal departments to align initiatives with firm priorities. • Support communication flow across teams to enhance efficiency and ensure consistent messaging. Performance & Reporting • Assist in tracking marketing KPIs and preparing reports on campaign performance. • Contribute to process improvements and identify opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or a related field. • 2–4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in financial services, asset management, or professional services. • Experience supporting marketing projects, events, or cross-functional campaigns. • Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace. • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Constant Contact). • Working knowledge of LinkedIn and other social platforms, plus experience with basic CMS tools such as WordPress. • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
