Senior Program Director – Remote (New England: MA, VT, ME, NH) About CLEAResult CoCREATE Solutions is working on behalf of CLEAResult to find a Senior Program Director. The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Program Manager - Director to take a leadership role in driving operational excellence and delivering high-impact client programs across New England, with a primary focus in Massachusetts. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end program delivery, ensuring objectives are met across scope, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction. • Serve as the primary client contact, facilitating reviews, resolving challenges, and ensuring consistent results. • Translate strategy into execution by setting KPIs, managing scorecards, and driving team accountability. • Partner with business development on proposals, contracts, and new growth opportunities. • Streamline processes, identify efficiencies, and implement best practices that enhance impact and scalability. • Inspire, coach, and develop high-performing, cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes. Requirements • 12+ years of progressive program management or operational leadership within utility-funded energy efficiency, demand-side management (DSM), or clean energy/sustainability programs. • 10+ years leading cross-functional teams with a focus on performance, growth, and engagement across New England - MA, VT, ME, NH. • Strong background in strategic planning, client delivery, and business development. • Proven ability to use data, metrics, and financial insights to drive decision-making. • Exceptional communicator who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MS or MBA) preferred.
