Job Description: To fill a need in the Palm Beach, FL market, Coke Florida is seeking applicants for Part-Time Retail Merchandisers to cover Clewiston and Belle Glade. The desired work hours include 1:00PM to 6:00PM on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with an adaptable weekday also required. As a part-time Merchandiser with Coke Florida, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers are always satisfied. This involves restocking our products at designated accounts, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships across all sales channels. Allocate shelves smartly and provide cooling equipment to keep the products fresh. • Manage the stock levels at the back-end and handle trade breakage with skill and precision in the specific accounts to maintain the desired business outcome. • Through active listening to customers and ensuring that their needs are met, customer expectations can be met or even exceeded. • Develop and uphold a professional, supportive and genial relationship with co-workers, buyers and shoppers. • Ensure appropriate inventory levels, organizational assets, and point of sale, compliance with company merchandising specifications. PHYSICAL ABILITIES: • The ability to lift, position, and move 50-pound objects frequently without any support. • The ability to repetitively push and pull objects weighing 50 pounds or less without any assistance while frequently assuming positions such as bending the knees, kneeling, squatting, reaching above the head, at the waist, below the knees is a crucial requirement for this job. • The physical capability to repetitively push and pull manual transport equipment that contains a considerable amount of product load for a minimum distance of 100 yards, is a prerequisite for performing a task like this. • Ability to steadily grasp and manage different-sized and weighted objects, demanding acute precision and synchronized hand-to-eye movement. • The knack to sustain physical exertion for extended intervals to complete job obligations. • Having the capability to read texts in different font sizes such as small, medium, and large has become an indispensable aptitude. • This job demands that an individual can physically stand for a minimum of 6 hours per day. • The ability to trek for a distance of 4 miles or more during work hours. • Regularly undertake responsibilities in a hot and damp climate outside.
