We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst (QA Tester) to join our remote team. You will ensure the quality and reliability of our software products by designing test cases, identifying bugs, and collaborating with developers to deliver seamless user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute manual and/or automated test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and security. Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or Trello. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to reproduce issues and verify fixes. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives). Conduct regression, smoke, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) as needed. Contribute to test automation scripts (if applicable, e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman). Ensure compliance with QA best practices and industry standards. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in software testing (manual or automation). Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr) and defect tracking systems. Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs (Postman/Swagger), and web/mobile testing. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written/verbal communication (remote collaboration is key!). Nice-to-Have (Optional): Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Playwright). Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner). ISTQB or similar certification. Background in [specific industry, e.g., fintech, healthcare, gaming].
