They must do so while maintaining safety, accuracy, and efficiency guidelines and exceeding any company targets set out for the task. Duties & Responsibilities: • You are an aide who supports the item selection and placement process in an automated environment using high-tech equipment, software, and computers, all in accordance with CCCI's safety regulations. Your ability to multitask and make sound decisions while operating in a demanding, fast-paced environment is essential to the job. • Teams up with colleagues to promote dependable and efficient warehouse practices. • Manifests flexibility in meeting the demands of the job by having a deep understanding of the different work settings in the company, including Pallet Pick, Flow Rack, Semi-Automated Lanes, and HQS, and fulfilling the basic performance standards of each section. • Your contribution to the warehouse's efficient running will involve keeping your designated work area clear of debris and increasing neatness and orderliness, quickly mopping up any spills and splashes, while simultaneously following all waste disposal and recycling standards. • Applies secure, precise, and cost-effective techniques for controlling warehouse inventory, intending to maintain shrink within acceptable parameters. • Assists in the efficient running of a warehouse in a rapidly changing atmosphere by performing various activities as instructed. In today's rapidly changing world, it is crucial for individuals to keep their knowledge, skills, and abilities up-to-date in order to remain competitive and relevant • Displaying the talent to operate in a fast-moving setting while walking and repetitively raising 30 lbs. • Power to raise articles weighing up to 75 pounds. • The capacity to work effectively alongside others in a group setting is a valuable asset. • Expert in managing and organizing warehouse tasks to achieve greater efficiency and dependability. • The ability to accommodate the needs of differing work sectors and fulfill the minimum expectations in each sector. • The talent of comprehending and executing instructions conveyed via a computer. • Distinguishing between our packages necessitates focusing on details with precision. • Expertise to perform in an environment that is loud and not climate-controlled, with temperature variation. • A self-starter who is proactive and seeks out opportunities to add value without waiting for instructions. • An organization that can adapt its work hours and schedules to meet the changing needs of the business is considered flexible. • Screens, monitors, and devices play a crucial role in enabling employees to perform accurate picking in a specific sequence.
