Job Overview: Creating stable pallets of products is another crucial responsibility of the Order Sorter in the Seasonal Automated Warehouse. They must maintain warehouse safety, accuracy, and efficiency standards while building these pallets above or beyond the company's expectations. Duties & Responsibilities: • You aid the process of gathering and arranging articles within the computerized milieu by utilizing machines, intricate software, and computer technology while following specified rules and guidelines for CCCI's safety measures. You perform multiple tasks simultaneously with dexterity and sound decision-making abilities, all in the midst of a noisy, fast-paced environment. • Enhances efficiency of warehouse processes by cooperating with a team. • Demonstrates adaptability in meeting the demands of the job by being knowledgeable about different work settings and fulfilling the basic requirements of each, which comprise HQS, Semi-Automated Lanes, Flow Rack, and Pallet Pick, among others. • Contributing to the smooth operation of the warehouse, you will undertake tasks such as keeping your designated work area tidy and free from litter and junk as well as efficiently cleaning up any splashes or stains, following the applicable guidelines for the disposal of garbage and recycling. • Implements secure, precise, and effective measures to manage warehouse inventory with the objective of maintaining an acceptable shrink level. • Helps in the smooth functioning of a warehouse in a dynamic atmosphere by performing assorted activities as directed.
