As part of your job, you would also be responsible for loading and unloading your delivery truck, checking inventory levels, and maintaining an accurate account of sales and deliveries In a bid to offer superior customer service and maximize sales and volume growth, the Freight Transport Driver has the responsibility of selling and distributing products on described routes by making sure that durable customer relationships are developed and maintained. Also, the Route Sales Driver ensures that accounts have product availability by filling beverage sections, racks, displays, and vendors according to Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country standards. Essential duties and responsibilities are the crucial tasks and obligations that must be performed by an individual to maintain the operational integrity of an organization • Maximize revenue generation for the allocated accounts by implementing product sales, setting up distribution channels, creating displays and initiating marketing campaigns. • Products are sold and transported to designated customers every day on a consistent basis. • CCBCHC regulations should be taken into consideration when stocking all accounts. • Ensure that the Point of Sale advertising is relocated, renewed, and upheld in accordance with the accounts' needs. • Ensure that product, cash, and asset management is handled correctly and accounted for each day. • Employing efficient invoicing and collection strategies to ensure timely payment of outstanding balances. • Develop lasting relationships with account staff and deliver outstanding customer service to every account by means of regular contact, swift resolution of issues, and effective follow-up. • Ensure all CCBCHC merchandise and equipment is visually appealing and organized in assigned accounts. • Effectively manage trade breakage for allocated accounts while maintaining a clean and organized back room. • Perform all vehicle and load inspections as per CCBCHC guidelines to ensure compliance with safety requirements. • Strive for consistency in maintaining CCBCHC's quality assurance policies in every account. • Ensuring a safe work environment is a crucial responsibility. • Establish and maintain productive and cordial relationships with coworkers and customers. • Monitor the products, marketing tactics, and revenue metrics of your competitors. • Adherence, compliance, and enforcement must be given to all guidelines, rules, protocols, and systems. • By fulfilling obligations to clients and colleagues on time, one establishes trust and strengthens their professional networks.
