Finally, you would need to be flexible and adaptable to changing situations, such as traffic delays or unexpected changes in delivery schedules, in order to fulfill your duties as a Freight Delivery Driver As a part of the Sales Team, the Route Sales Driver is responsible for sale and distribution of products on designated routes in a continuous effort to provide superior customer service and maximize sales & volume growth through developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Route Sales Driver also ensures product availability at accounts, including ensuring that all beverage sections, racks, displays and vendors are completely filled according to Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country standards. It is important to perform the necessary duties and responsibilities that are essential for the smooth running of an organization • Boost revenue and volume in assigned accounts by pushing sales, developing distribution channels, arranging displays, and implementing promotional actions. • Products are sold and transported to designated customers every day on a consistent basis. • Ensure all accounts are stocked in accordance with the guidelines of CCBCHC. • Substitute and preserve Point of Sale advertisements as required by each account. • Keep an accurate record of product inventory, cash flow, and asset balances on a daily basis. • The efficient and error-free invoicing and collection of outstanding balances. • Develop strong connections with the staff responsible for managing accounts while providing exceptional service to all clients through regular communication, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring proper follow-up. • Keep all CCBCHC equipment and items in assigned accounts looking presentable. • Manage the clutter and maintain efficient organizational practices in the rear room while handling trade breakage for allocated accounts. • Ensure that the vehicle and its contents are compliant with the CCBCHC regulations by conducting routine inspections. • Hold all accounts to a high standard of quality assurance as set by CCBCHC. • Creating a danger-free work environment is essential for employee welfare. • Foster harmonious and constructive relationships with coworkers and clients. • Stay informed about your competitors' products, promotions, and performance in the market. • One must comply with, adhere to, and reinforce all policies, operational procedures, workflows, and guidelines. • By fulfilling obligations to clients and colleagues on time, one establishes trust and strengthens their professional networks.
