Job Description: • Workdays/Hour Rotation - as necessary: The job requires rotating shifts that begin at 5:00 AM and finish at 5:30 PM • Workdays are from Monday to Sunday, excluding Wednesday, for the first seven days of the schedule • Days two and three of the second week are designated as Tuesday and Wednesday, while the other days include a day off on Monday and the remaining four days of Thursday through Sunday • Over a period of 14 days, the average working hours for an employee is 96. Compensation: Pay rates for this job vary depending on experience, but it can go up to $32.00 per hour. There may also be additional local benefits, such as a bonus for referring others to the position, and a supplementary week of pay. General Purpose This role requires leadership skills to manage a team, as well as expertise in troubleshooting and providing immediate Entry-Level Facilities Technician for production lines, while also facilitating change-over. Duties and Responsibilities: • Analyze and troubleshoot equipment issues effectively and implement corrective actions. • Upgrade and establish state-of-the-art instruments. • One of the main responsibilities of mechanical engineers involves rebuilding and creating new components. • Ensure the maintenance of the facility and promote a clean and secure working area. • Place the Parts Order: After selecting the supplier, it is time to place the parts order. The order should be placed in a timely manner, with clear communication about the delivery date and the quantities required. • Perform all necessary preparation work and gather all necessary materials before beginning work order tasks. • Undertake the modification of machines and the arrangement of production systems. Qualifications: • Successful candidates must have attained a High School diploma or an equivalent certificate. • Ideally, the most desired qualification for this job is a certification in the Refrigeration/HVAC Trade or Vocational field. • Industrial maintenance experience within the range of 0-5 years is a prerequisite for this position. • At least one year of experience in both mechanical and electrical fields is desirable. • Candidates who have experience with diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance are strongly encouraged to apply. • Previous engagement in fast-moving industrial environments. • Possessed a commendable ability in dealing with mechanical and technical challenges. • Basic computer skills. • The proficiency to meet the manufacturer's specifications and drawings accurately. • Familiarity with Programmable Logic Control (PLC) is preferred but not required. • It might be mandatory to provide hand tools.
