Accomplishing this is attained by correctly filling beverage sections, racks, displays, and vendors in line with Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country standards, all the while delivering exceptional customer service. It is important to perform the necessary duties and responsibilities that are essential for the smooth running of an organization • Generate higher revenue and sales volume in designated accounts by selling products, managing distribution channels, designing displays and conducting promotional initiatives. • The sale and distribution of goods to pre-assigned accounts is carried out on a daily basis. • To meet CCBCHC standards, stock all accounts with appropriate merchandise. • As per the accounts' demands, transfer, modify, and maintain Point of Sale advertising. • Maintain proper accounting of products, cash, and assets on a daily basis. • Streamlining the invoicing process to ensure the prompt collection of outstanding debts. • Strengthen ties with account personnel and offer top-notch customer support to all accounts by means of frequent communication, quick resolution of issues, and effective follow-up. • Keep all CCBCHC equipment and items in assigned accounts looking presentable. • Ensure that the back room is kept tidy and well-ordered while handling trade breakage for designated clients. • Adhere to the CCBCHC guidelines for conducting vehicle and load inspections before driving. • Ensure that every account meets CCBCHC's quality assurance benchmarks. • It is important to preserve a secure working area for employees. • Cultivate amicable and professional relationships with colleagues and clients. • Monitor the products, marketing tactics, and revenue metrics of your competitors. • It is vital to conform with, abide by and uphold all work procedures, regulations, policies, and processes. • To maintain a positive working relationship with clients and colleagues, it is imperative to adhere to commitments made.
