You would need to be familiar with the route you are assigned to, and ensure that you are able to deliver products within the scheduled time frames To achieve superior customer service and maximize sales and volume growth, the Delivery Merchandiser distributes and sells products on assigned routes through building strong relationships with customers. Additionally, by adhering to Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country standards, the Route Sales Driver ensures product availability at accounts by keeping beverage sections, racks, displays, and vendors properly filled. The necessary tasks that an individual must carry out to maintain the flow of work and meet organizational objectives are known as essential responsibilities • Enhance the revenue generation of designated accounts by increasing product sales, optimizing distribution, creating engaging displays and implementing impactful marketing tactics. • Daily product sales and deliveries are made to specific accounts according to established procedures. • CCBCHC guidelines should be strictly followed to merchandise and stock all accounts. • Modify, maintain, and relocate Point of Sale advertisements as needed for each account. • Accurately record the accounting of products, cash, and assets on a daily basis to ensure proper financial management. • Maximizing payment collection by employing efficient invoicing protocols. • Develop lasting relationships with account staff and deliver outstanding customer service to every account by means of regular contact, swift resolution of issues, and effective follow-up. • Keep all CCBCHC equipment and product displays in a polished and orderly condition. • Make sure that the back room is maintained in a neat and orderly manner while effectively managing trade breakage for allocated accounts. • To comply with CCBCHC safety standards, carry out the obligatory vehicle and load checks. • Strive for consistency in maintaining CCBCHC's quality assurance policies in every account. • Maintaining a hazard-free workspace is necessary for worker well-being. • Foster mutually beneficial relationships with coworkers and customers. • Keep track of your rivals' merchandise, promotional efforts, and revenue reports. • Ensuring conformity, respect, and reinforcement of all legislation, policies, operational procedures, and workflows is crucial. • To build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues, it is essential to meet commitments in a timely manner.
