As a Warehouse Manager, my focus would be on optimizing the layout of the warehouse to ensure maximum storage capacity and efficiency in material handling Operating as a vital member of the Operations and Sales Center Team, the Warehouse Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Warehouse, Equipment Service and Fleet departments of the Sales Center. The position entails making critical personnel decisions concerning hiring, compensation, promotions, discipline and termination of employees based on Company policies. Additionally, the Warehouse Manager manages inventory and provides statistical analysis for continuous improvement.
