Description Are you a hands-on creative graphic designer with a passion for bringing complex, technical concepts to life through powerful design and visual storytelling? We're looking for an experienced creative lead to be our dedicated in-house creative hire. In this role, you'll be the singular force driving our brand's visual identity, from strategy to execution. You will shape how we communicate our value and connect with our B2B audience in a crowded cybersecurity space. Responsibilities Creative Direction & Vision: Set the creative vision across brand campaigns, marketing experiences, and design systems, bringing a strong point of view and clear direction to cross-functional teams. End-to-End Creative Development: Own the entire creative process, from initial concepting to memorable execution across diverse formats including campaigns, events, and experiential marketing. This includes hands-on design and production of assets like Website, video, digital ads, social media graphics, collateral, reports, infographics, booth/event graphics, platform graphics, and presentations. AI-Powered Rapid Prototyping: Use AI tools at the brief stage to quickly move from concept to tangible prototypes, making ideas more concrete and reducing wasted cycles. Strategic Collaboration & Technical Storytelling: Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand audience personas, industry trends, and customer pain points. Translate intricate security concepts into clear, digestible, and visually engaging content that drives business goals. Brand Stewardship: Act as the primary guardian of our brand identity, ensuring all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone of voice. Drive for quality and visual consistency across all company outputs. You Must Have Portfolio: A link to an online portfolio that showcases high-end conceptual thinking, impeccable design craft, and a clear role in leading visual storytelling across brand campaigns, platforms, and experiences. We want to know that you have experience in not just the design elements, but also the brand architecture. Experience: At least 8+ years of visual design experience, including brand, campaign, or product work—whether in-house, at an agency, or studio setting. 5+ years of in-house technology B2B experience. SEO & Digital Marketing Knowledge: An understanding of how design impacts SEO, search engine rankings, and overall digital campaign performance. Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.). Data Visualization Expertise: Experience designing infographics, dashboards, or data-driven reports that clearly communicate security risks, trends, or product performance. Design Rigor: Mastery of core design principles—typography, layout, and visual hierarchy—with the ability to use design across digital, social, experiential, and emerging formats. Communication & Leadership: A sharp, collaborative communicator who can present work persuasively and build alignment across teams and senior stakeholders. Curiosity & Culture: A strong interest in evolving how brand design lives in a tech-forward, AI-driven world. Campaign Concepting: Proven experience shaping the story, framing the big idea, and connecting visuals to strategy. Education: A degree in design or a related field is preferred. The salary range for this role is $121,000 - $150,000 per year + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. The salary range may differ in other states and may be impacted by proximity to major metropolitan cities.
