The Company Owner will be responsible for overseeing the company's daily operations, developing and implementing business strategies, ensuring financial performance, and improving company services and offerings. The role involves managing and guiding the team, making key business decisions, maintaining and fostering client relationships, and steering the company towards growth and success. Qualifications • Strong leadership and team management skills • Proficiency in business strategy development and implementation • Financial acumen including budgeting, financial reporting, and performance analysis • Experience in client relationship management and business development • Excellent communication and decision-making skills • Ability to work independently and take initiative • Experience in the media or marketing industry is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
