Junior Account Executive Core Duties: • Build relationships with new and exciting residential customer accounts by utilizing a lead-generated system and leveraging your conversation to convert prospects into profitable customers for Verizon’s top-tier telecommunications products • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales campaigns for Verizon products and services • Become a product and service expert for your client’s product lines to better demonstrate the features and benefits directly to customers • Participate in a comprehensive training designed to develop sales management skills • Shadow experienced sales managers to learn best practices in team leadership and sales strategy • Support the sales team in achieving individual and collective sales targets • Learn to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement in sales performance • Gradually assume more responsibility in team supervision and sales operations.
