Entry Level Account Manager | "Sports Minded" Sales Reno - Sales Coast specializes in creating new sales campaigns and business acquisition for several national clients. Our goal is to help them expand into new markets by increasing sales and building relationships with customers. We have an amazing team that provides great customer service and face-to-face communication. Conducting our sales presentations in person is our advantage when it comes to gaining new business and it's what sets us apart from other companies. Coast is currently hiring for an Entry Level Account Manager (in Sales) to join our sales and marketing department in Reno. [This position is for direct hire with Coast in our Reno office and is not "work-from-home".] The ideal candidate is someone who loves interacting with people, has a "sportsmanship" mentality, a team player, and thrives on crushing goals. Since opening our doors in Reno, we have cultivated an energetic work environment with a motivated sales and marketing team. Primary responsibilities for our Entry Level Sales Account Manager: • Present and sell telecom and entertainment services to new and existing customers in-person • Engage and communicate with potential customers face to face • Reach agreed-upon sales targets • Learn sales material to present to customers • Once proficient in sales, move to a team lead position Qualifications for the Entry Level Sales Account Manager: • Degree in business, communications, or marketing preferred; all considered • 1-3 years of previous leadership, sales, or customer-related experience a plus! • Experience in a team environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Fosters a “work hard / play hard” mentality • Willing to go the extra mile • Adaptable • Ability to problem-solve • Self-starter • Reliable transportation • Must be living in or relocating to the Reno area What we Offer:. • Paid training • Competitive pay structure with uncapped commissions averaging $60,000-80,000 annually plus bonuses and incentives • Health Insurance • Retirement Plans • Sales and leadership development • Advancement • Travel • Friends and family nights We not only take what we know to build up our client’s businesses, but we also help our employees venture forward in their careers.
