Full Description

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team and help drive our organization’s growth. You'll be responsible for coaching reps, managing performance, improving processes, and ensuring our team hits—and surpasses—its goals. What You’ll Do • Oversee the daily operations of the inside sales team • Train, coach, and mentor Sales Reps to improve performance and conversion rates • Monitor KPIs, track productivity, and implement strategies for improvement • Review calls, provide feedback, and ensure the team meets quality standards • Collaborate with leadership and Loan Officers to ensure smooth pipeline flow • Develop scripts, sales processes, and best practices • Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance evaluations • Maintain a positive, energetic, and competitive team culture • Help recruit, onboard, and develop new team members Who We’re Looking For • Previous sales management or team lead experience required • Strong understanding of sales metrics, call performance, and pipeline management • Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills • Ability to motivate different personality types and turn them into top performers • Organized, decisive, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment • Experience in mortgage or finance is a plus (but not required) • High energy, positive attitude, and commitment to team success Why You’ll Love It Here • Leadership role with real influence and autonomy • Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses • Ability to grow a team and build a winning sales department • Supportive executive leadership and collaborative environment • Fast-growing company with opportunities for advancement Ready to Lead?
