In this role, you’ll be responsible for receiving, cleaning, and documenting receipt of returned, explanted medical devices. Your work will directly support our commitment to patient safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous product improvement. What You’ll Do Receive, inspect, and document returned implantable medical devices such as pacemakers, defibrillators, and leads Perform cleaning and decontamination of products in a biosafety level II (BSL-2) laboratory environment, following strict safety and quality procedures Record device details and case information accurately in electronic systems Identify and communicate potential product complaints to internal quality and complaint-handling teams Package and prepare devices for shipment to manufacturing and analysis partners Maintain lab equipment, cleanliness, and organization to uphold safety and compliance standards Partner with Analysis teams to ensure consistent, high-quality documentation What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent required & 2+ years of relevant work experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Comfortable working in a BSL-2 lab environment with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other standard computer applications Self-motivated and dependable, with strong communication and teamwork skills Previous experience in a laboratory, medical device, or regulated environment preferred Job Type: Contract Pay: $26.55 - $28.00 per hour Education: • High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: • Medical Device Testing: 3 years (Preferred) • pacemakers, defibrillators: 3 years (Preferred) • BSL-2 lab environment: 3 years (Preferred) • Laboratory: 4 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
