Overview We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media marketing strategies, content creation, and brand management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative social media campaigns that align with our brand's goals and objectives. Duties • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement. • Create engaging content tailored for different platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and LinkedIn. • Utilize tools such as Canva for scheduling posts and graphic design. • Conduct social listening to monitor trends, audience feedback, and competitor activities. • Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to refine strategies. • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding across all channels. • Manage public relations efforts through effective communication and relationship management. • Execute Facebook Advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. • Perform keyword research to optimize content for SEO purposes. • Oversee e-commerce initiatives by promoting products through social media channels. • Engage in proofreading to ensure high-quality content delivery. • Capture high-quality photography and video editing for promotional materials.
