You’ll work closely with executive leadership to define and execute the U.S. go-to-market strategy and drive early-stage growth through strategic sales, partnerships, and market penetration. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. • 7+ years of successful B2B sales experience in fire protection, HVAC, mechanical systems, or building technologies. • Strong understanding of distribution networks, codes & standards, and decision-makers in the U.S. market. • Demonstrated ability to launch or grow new product lines or companies in competitive technical markets. • Proven experience developing sales territories, building customer relationships, and negotiating contracts. • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously and navigate ambiguity. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. • Willingness to travel nationally (50%+).
