## Branch Office Administrator — BLC - WILMINGTON, NC 2043 Job Title: Branch Office Administrator Location: BLC - WILMINGTON, NC 2043 This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch from an administrative perspective. You'll be the first point of contact by phone (answer by the third ring), directing customer questions and connecting customers with agents. Application processing is a core part of the work: documenting applications in the log, prescreening applications, handling C-14, scanning files, ordering medical records and ordering Pordamedic. You will support agent management by maintaining agent files, processing agent applications for employment, ordering background checks, pushing agent appointments via home office, and ordering Gryphon logins for each new agent. Office upkeep is expected: files must be maintained to standards, office machines should be kept in working order, work areas kept clean and neat, and supplies ordered and stocked. Familiarity with specific systems is required in daily work. Systems and tools mentioned include: PAL, BSPN, Gryphon, nomoreforms, Predictive Index, FSP Account Expense reporting, direct bill expense reporting, and EPI. Policy-related tasks include maintaining contact lists for all underwriters, following up for medical records and Pordamedic, checking application details for accuracy, gathering missing application items and OFS, and correcting any underwriting errors. You'll track and maintain a log of policy and check deliveries, return policyholder calls, process checks related to refunds, and log delivery slips. There is direct support to the BSM: provide assistance to help run the branch smoothly, help complete compliance audit information when needed, complete FSP and/or R&E reports, and assist the BSM with reimbursements. Training support duties include maintaining NAS material and providing administrative support for all BSO and BLN training sessions (prepping materials and room). You may provide shadowing opportunities or training to new BOAs in the region, follow up on BLN training completion, and monitor agents through SNA status. Recruiting coordination is part of the role. You may assist Telemarketers with the AIRS system, assist with nomoreforms for new managers, set up career briefings and sign in candidates, and generally assist the BSM with recruiting efforts. In BSO operations, you will maintain the BSO general email box, determine the appropriate person to forward items to (agents or managers), and print and distribute information to the office as needed. You will also aid in compliance efforts in the office, including Gryphon system monitoring and report setup, following up with agent compliance testing, and completing proper and timely termination paperwork.
