About the Role We’re looking for a motivated .NET / React Developer to join our growing development team in Del City, OK. This role involves working closely with other developers to build modern, responsive React front ends backed by our .NET Web APIs that support a variety of customer applications. You’ll be involved in full-stack development across multiple projects — from Windows services and web portals to database integrations — providing a great opportunity to work across diverse technologies while building practical, production-grade systems. Qualifications • 1–3 years of professional experience in software development (or strong project/portfolio work). • Proficiency in C# and .NET Core / .NET 8+. • Experience with React, TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling (e.g., Webpack, Vite, or similar). • Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and secure data handling. • Familiarity with SQL Server and database development. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a small team. • Excellent communication and attention to detail. • U.S. citizenship and security clearance eligibility are required. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) • Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms. • Familiarity with GitHub Actions or other CI/CD tools. • Experience with Windows Services or background job processing. • Understanding of enterprise authentication systems (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML). Work Environment This position is based in Del City, Oklahoma, with the expectation of being onsite for the first few projects.
