Full Description

CMSP is seeking a reliable and motivated Logistics Clerk Coordinator to join our team at a fast-paced food product distribution center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers through multiple communication channels, including phone and email. This position requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage a high volume of inbound inquiries and support internal departments as needed. Schedule: • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Remote hours on Sunday (4–6 hours) Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, returns, substitutions, and credits via phone and email • Accurately enter data and manage customer accounts in the system • Assist with special customer requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction • Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions • Complete additional projects and duties as assigned Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED • Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service or a call center environment • Proficient in data entry and general computer skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications: • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or call center, preferably in the foodservice or distribution industry • Familiarity with Cisco or similar multi-line phone systems • Experience working in a high-volume call center environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour Work Location: In person
