Full Description

Our client is building a Center of Excellence (CoE) for AI and Automation and is looking for a hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager with a focus on AI initiatives to join the team. This role partners with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver automation projects and process improvements, bridging business needs with technical solutions, managing project delivery, and supporting issue resolution. Candidates must be comfortable with organized chaos, as priorities and timelines can shift rapidly—for example, launch dates may move up by a month, and the team thrives on adapting quickly. Location / Hybrid: Remote role with expected on-site presence ideally once a week in Novi, MI, but at least once per month, to collaborate with the CoE team and key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Business Analyst: • Gather and document requirements from business stakeholders • Map processes and translate business needs into technical requirements • Interface with developers and technical teams Project Manager: • Manage automation projects of varying complexity • Partner with internal and external teams for project delivery Systems Analyst Skills: • Understand underlying technologies (bot automations, AI, data flows) — enough to troubleshoot and guide solutions • Investigate user issues, connect them to system behavior, and focus efforts on resolution • Translate user improvement requests into business outcomes and map technical requirements • Use tools such as Miro, SharePoint, UiPath, and other automation-supporting platforms Must-Haves: • Strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting automation and data flow issues • Proven ability to operate in both BA and PM capacities • Thrives in organized chaos and adapts quickly to shifting priorities Additional Info: • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship •
