This is a remote position. We are seeking a Product Owner / Business Analyst to lead the development of AI-driven energy management solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex systems and translate them into clear, actionable requirements. This role involves close collaboration with business and technical teams to design end-to-end solutions that deliver intelligent analytics, reporting, and measurable energy optimization results. The Key Responsibilities are: • Define and prioritize requirements for AI-based energy and analytics products. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions. • Design and validate dashboards, KPIs, and reports that translate data into insights. • Manage complex solution workflows and ensure alignment across stakeholders. • Maintain attention to detail while keeping a clear view of the end-to-end product vision. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst, ideally in energy management, IoT, or AI/analytics. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. • Proven ability to handle complex solutions and see the big picture from concept to delivery. • Experience with data analytics, ETL, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). • Skilled in Agile/Scrum methodologies and stakeholder communication. • Excellent English communication skills. • Working hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. • This opportunity is remote for Egyptian applicants and Hybrid for Lebanese applicants.
