Company Description Strategic Advisor – Family Office Capital Formation Confidential Pre-Seed Engagement We are a venture-backed health services platform in a major U.S. market seeking an elite Strategic Advisor to architect a novel membership-based capitalization structure. The Mandate: Design and secure a $5–7M collateralized capital facility anchored by a "Founders Club" subscription model targeting 25 ultra-high-net-worth family offices ($250K annual memberships). This is a pre-operational, pre-revenue engagement requiring immediate network activation.
