Overview Our Prefab and Warehouse Lead will support our electrical construction operations. This role is critical in ensuring that our warehouse, tools, and prefab shop run efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate has hands-on electrical field experience, is highly organized, and has a strong understanding of the tools and materials used in our trade. This is a role that combines coordination, material management, and direct support to field teams. Responsibilities Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Organize and maintain a clean, functional warehouse space. Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to job sites in a timely manner. Track inventory levels and report shortages or issues to management. Maintain and manage tool inventory, ensuring all tools are accounted for. Repair tools in-house or coordinate sending them out for repair. Check tools in and out for field crews, maintaining accurate logs. Ensure quality and accuracy in all prefabrication work. Ensure all tools are properly maintained and ready for use. Oversee day-to-day operations of the prefab shop. Coordinate with Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and field teams to ensure timely fabrication. Assist in planning and prioritizing prefab tasks to meet project schedules. Qualifications Electrical field experience at Journeyman (JW) level required. Strong experience with tools and equipment used in electrical construction. Strong computer skills, including inventory and tracking software. Valid CDL with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and coordinate across teams.
